Building trust: designing for remote care

How can we design the experience of remote care to build trust between users and improve the quality of care?
The SCDH 2024 Symposium Public Session will address the impact of digital transformation on the design of health and care environments. On Tuesday, 9 July, we will open our doors to interested partners, industry representatives, swiss healthcare providers and other interested guests. Get insights into the symposium, attend live simulations of remote care processes in the SCDH Living Lab and join the keynote on “Care at Home” and a panel discussion between various stakeholder across the Swiss healthcare system.
